Scope Fixed Asset Investment Residency applications, must conform with the following requirements: 1. Applicants must purchase fixed assets outright with no loan or mortgage to the value of one million Patacas. The market price of the fixed asset must also e no less than one million Patacas. The fixed assets purchased must be free from any outstanding debts. 2. Applicants must have a fixed deposit account of no less than five hundred thousand Patacas in a credit institution in Macau SAR. 3. Applicants must have reached at least higher national diploma level or the equivalent educational level. Applicants that have only finishes secondary school or the equivalent , must fulfill one of the following requirements: - The applicant’s direct relatives must be a permanent resident in Macau - The applicant must have no less than two years experience of running a company or have been working for a company in a senior management position. - The applicant must either wholly own or have no less than a fifty-one percent share in a partnership company set up in Macau SAR. Initial application must be submitted with the following documents: 1. Passport/ travel document: Two photocopies of passport/ travel document and proof of residency granted by another country or Territory must be submitted; the validity of these documents must be not less than 14 months (photocopies of renewal or new travel document may be necessary). 2. Departure Card: Applicant who has entered the Territory must submit a photocopy of the Departure Card 3. Birth Certificate: Applicant must submit a photocopy of their Birth Certificate, especially those applying for the inclusion of family members. 4. Proof of marriage: Applicant must submit proof of marriage issued within the last six months, especially those applying for the inclusion of family member. 5. Criminal Declaration: Applicants that are 16 years old at the date of application must submit the original of the police criminal declaration issued within the last six months, unless it has a fixed validity date. 6. Every applicant must submit five 1.5” black and white or colour photos, if the photo is in colour, it must have a white background.
